I hereby nominate William Kemper (wkemper) [1] for JDK Committer.
William is a member of Java team in Amazon, working on Shenandoah and other JVM features. So far,
William has contributed 20 mainline changes to improve GC code and fix hairy GC bugs [2]. He is a
major contributor in Shenandoah project [3], where he is a Committer and frequently responsible for
managing lots of downstream merges.
Votes are due by February 07, 2023, 23.59 UTC.
