CFV: New JDK Committer: Sonia Zaldana Calles

I hereby nominate Sonia Zaldana Calles (szaldana) to JDK Committer.

Sonia is part of the JVM team at Red Hat. She worked on project Leyden in
the past, more recently on OpenJDK proper, contributing 25 patches so far
[1], mainly in hotspot runtime, platform porting, and serviceability.

Votes are due by July 22, 2024.

Only current JDK Committers [2] are eligible to vote on this nomination.
