JDK 23 is now in Rampdown Phase One

Correct. The jdk 23 is already at openjdk/jdk at jdk23 (github.com)<https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/tree/jdk23>. Unfortunately, it's not easily discoverable from GitHub's branch list page as jdk repository has a ton of other branches for each active pull request, so the jdk23 branch may be flushed down the list due to less frequent updates.

Ie.jdk-23-ga will be built from openjdk/jdk branch jdk23 ?
