I hereby nominate Jasmine Karthikeyan [1] to JDK Committer.

Jasmine is an independent contributor. Since October 2022, she contributed 12 changes to the JDK
project [2], mostly in the area of IGVN (ideal) optimizations for the C2 compiler.
