skara bot messages that PRs aren't ready

Hi Severin,
Sorry for the noise. It’s intentional. I just made SKARA-2070(https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/SKARA-2070) live.
The message is just a placeholder for the integration message. You can safely ignore them and it’s just a one-time thing.
Next time, when you create a new PR, the placeholder message would be the top comment of your PR, so it will be easier for you to look for it.
Thank you,
Zhao

Subject: skara bot messages that PRs aren't ready
Hi,
Today I got a lot of spam about pending PRs from the OpenJDK bots. Is
this intentional? It seems a lot of noise in my inbox just mentioning
something I'm already aware of.
Example:
https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/18201#issuecomment-1995633998
Is there a way to silence this? The stale messages are sufficient for
reminders in my opinion.
Thanks,
Severin
