Subject: CFV: New JDK Committer: Joachim Kern
I hereby nominate Joachim Kern (jkern) to JDK Committer.

Joachim Kern is maintaining the AIX port and has contributed more than 20 patches to JDK: [4] and more recently [3].

Votes are due by May 20, 2024.
