Hi Mark,
That’s correct. Windows 32-bit emulation, also referred to as WoW64 - Windows (32) on Windows 64 - will remain supported for the foreseeable future.

One minor point, the JEP says "Windows 10, the last Windows operating
system to support 32-bit operation, will reach End of Life in October 2025."
I think this meant to say that Windows 10 is the last Windows versions
that supports a 32-bit OS installation, because Windows 11 64-bit still
supports running 32-bit applications (and thus supports "32-bit operation").
