I assume you mean JDK 26 or whatever release that phase 3 of the plan in 
the JEP is proposed.

To add to Ron's reference to sun.reflect.ReflectionFactory. The 
additions in JDK 9 (and JDK 8u) were done to allow serialization 
libraries get method handles for the readObject/writeObject and other 
magic methods. A temporary crutch until there is an alternative to this 
old serialization in the future.
