CFV: New JDK Committer: Chen Liang

I hereby nominate Chen Liang (liach) to JDK Committer.
Chen Liang has been an active contributor to JDK for the past 4 years.
He mainly contributed to the core JDK libraries and javadoc with more than 50 patches: [3] and others are under review: [4].
Chen is also active in numerous JDK discussions and pull requests reviews.
Votes are due by May 29, 2024.

Only current JDK Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
