JEP proposed to target JDK 24: 479: Remove the Windows 32-bit x86 Port

The following JEP is proposed to target JDK 24:

  479: Remove the Windows 32-bit x86 Port
       https://openjdk.org/jeps/479

  Summary: Remove the source code and build support for the Windows
  32-bit x86 port.  This port was deprecated for removal in JDK 21 with
  the express intent to remove it in a future release.

Feedback on this proposal from JDK Project Committers and Reviewers [1]
is more than welcome, as are reasoned objections.  If no such objections
are raised by 20:00 UTC on Tuesday, 12 November, or if they’re raised
and then satisfactorily answered, then per the JEP 2.0 process proposal
[2] I’ll target this JEP to JDK 24.
