Is jdk-23.0.1-ga tag correct? No jdk-23.0.1+B build tags?

Hi,

I notice jdk-23.0.1-ga has been tagged:
https://github.com/openjdk/jdk23u/releases/tag/jdk-23.0.1-ga
but there are no "build" tags (jdk-23.0.1+B) is this correct?, has there
been a change of behaviour with regards build tagging?
