I hereby nominate Viktor Klang to jdk Reviewer.

Viktor has been working in the core libraries area since joining Oracle
two years ago. Many of you will be familiar with his work on Stream
Gatherers, currently proposed to move to a permanent feature in JDK 24
with JEP 485 [1]. Viktor has ~40 contributions so far [2][3], mostly in
the streams and j.u.concurrent areas.

Votes are due by 23.59 UTC on Friday, 1 November.

Only current jdk Reviewers [4] are eligible to vote on this nomination.
Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
