Subject: CFV: New JDK Committer: Joel Sikström

I hereby nominate Joel Sikström to JDK Committer.

Joel is a new member in the Oracle HotSpot GC team. The last few months
he has been focusing on improving ZGC by reducing memory usage in the
remembered sets, fixing latent race conditions, enhancing verification,
and simplifying the code in preparation for future rewrites of the
underlying memory management.

He has so far contributed 9 patches [3]

Votes are due by <deadline>.

Only current JDK Committers [1] are eligible to vote
on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying
to this mailing list.
