Proposed schedule for JDK 25

Here is the proposed schedule for JDK 25:

  2025/06/05  Rampdown Phase One
  2025/07/17  Rampdown Phase Two
  2025/08/07  Initial Release Candidate
  2025/08/21  Final Release Candidate
  2025/09/16  General Availability

The phases are defined in JEP 3 [1].

Comments on this proposal from JDK Committers and Reviewers [2] are
welcome, as are reasoned objections.  If no such objections are raised
by 18:00 UTC next Thursday, 10 April, or if they’re raised and then
satisfactorily answered, then per the JEP 2.0 process proposal [3]
this will be the schedule for JDK 24.
