JEP proposed to target JDK 25: 511: Module Import Declarations

The following JEP is proposed to target JDK 25:

  511: Module Import Declarations
       https://openjdk.org/jeps/511

  Summary: Enhance the Java programming language with the ability to
  succinctly import all of the packages exported by a module.  This
  simplifies the reuse of modular libraries, but does not require the
  importing code to be in a module itself.

Feedback on this proposal from JDK Project Committers and Reviewers [1]
is more than welcome, as are reasoned objections.  If no such objections
are raised by 20:00 UTC on Monday, 28 April, or if they’re raised and
then satisfactorily answered, then per the JEP 2.0 process proposal [2]
I’ll target this JEP to JDK 25.
