CFV: New JDK Committer: Hannes Greule

I hereby nominate Hannes Greule [1] to JDK Committer.

Hannes is a computer science student at Karlsruhe Institute of
Technology. Since April 2023 he has contributed 12 changes [2]
mainly in the areas of javac and the Hotspot JIT compiler
surrounding IGVN optimizations.

Votes are due by August 20, 0800 UTC.

Only current JDK Committers [3] are eligible to vote
on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying
