Subject: CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Joel Sikström

I hereby nominate Joel Sikström to JDK Reviewer.

Joel is a member of the ZGC team and has contributed over 32 significant
changes [3]. The changes are mainly in ZGC but some are in other areas
of HotSpot. His most notable contribution is the rewrite of the page
allocation system in ZGC [4].
