Betreff: CFV: New JDK Committer: Jonas Norlinder

I hereby nominate Jonas Norlinder to JDK Committer.

Jonas is a member of the Java performance team at Oracle.
I have worked with Jonas since his MSc, as well as working with him during his PhD at Uppsala University.
Other than now having contributed 18 changes [1] to OpenJDK, he has also published a bunch of papers on
ZGC related topics. Not only is Jonas very technical and has an interest in the right garbage collector, he is
also very thorough and number driven, known for his phenomenal evaluations, which I’m sure we will see
more of in the future.
