CFV: New JDK Committer: Galder Zamarreño

I hereby nominate Galder Zamarreño (galder) to JDK Committer.

Galder is part of the JVM team at IBM (formerly Red Hat). He has
contributed 16 patches so far [1] and has been focusing on the
compilers.

Votes are due by February 10, 2026, 10:00 UTC.
