CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Volkan Yazici

Hi,

I hereby nominate Volkan Yazici (vyazici) [1] to JDK Reviewer

Volkan is a member of the Java Core Libraries team at Oracle,
and a Committer in the JDK project.

Volkan has been actively participating in the evolution
and maintenance of the JDK for several years, and has contributed
70 commits to the JDK [2], notably in the networking area.
Volkan is one of the contributors of the implementation
of JEP 517: HTTP/3 for the HttpClient API [3].

More importantly, Volkan has been actively reviewing many
fixes, and provided valuable review comments and suggestions
in PRs submitted by peer OpenJDK contributors.

Votes are due by 10:00 UTC Friday, February 13th, 2026.
