I hereby nominate Mark Powers to JDK Committer.

Mark is a member of Oracle’s Java Security team. Mark has
contributed 21 changes so far to the JDK project [1, 2].
Notably, he implemented a set of tests for the new HSS/LMS
signature algorithm in JDK 21. He has also fixed various bugs
and made coding improvements throughout the security libraries
area. <br class="">
