<div class="PlainText">I hereby nominate Cesar Soares Lucas (cslucas) [1] to JDK Committer.<br>
<br>
Cesar is a member of Java team in Amazon, working on JVM. So far, Cesar has contributed 30+ mainline
<br>
changes to improve compiler and GC code [2], including significant work in C2 and Shenandoah.<br>
<br>
Votes are due by March 29, 2025, 23.59 UTC.<br>
<br>
Only current JDK Committers [3] are eligible to vote on this nomination.<br>
