I hereby nominate Volkan Yazici (vyazici) [1] to JDK Reviewer<br>

<br>

Volkan is a member of the Java Core Libraries team at Oracle,<br>

and a Committer in the JDK project.<br>

<br>

Volkan has been actively participating in the evolution<br>

and maintenance of the JDK for several years, and has contributed<br>

70 commits to the JDK [2], notably in the networking area.<br>

Volkan is one of the contributors of the implementation<br>

of JEP 517: HTTP/3 for the HttpClient API [3].<br>

<br>

More importantly, Volkan has been actively reviewing many<br>

fixes, and provided valuable review comments and suggestions<br>

in PRs submitted by peer OpenJDK contributors.<br>

<br>
