jdk11u 11.0.2 updates process/schedule for builds?

Hi,
I'd just like to query the 11.0.2 updates process in the 
jdk-updates/jdk11u repo. I've noticed there have been no tagged builds as 
yet for 11.0.2, is that normal? or are those builds in the Oracle managed 
"internal-repo" for 11.0.2? Is there a merge schedule for builds, or will 
they all suddenly appear closer to the GA for 11.0.2?
