jdk11u 11.0.2 updates process/schedule for builds?

Thanks Rob, I think I am getting it now :-)
So to summarize my understanding:
    - jdk-updates/jdk11u  repo is available for openjdk community fixes to 
be contributed if deemed required for the next jdk11.0.2 release, but no 
regular builds are produced/tagged from that.
    - <the internal jdk11u CPU security repo> where the security patches 
are developed, regularly merges in updates from the jdk-updates/jdk11u 
public repo, and it is in this internal repo where regular 
"builds"(tagged) are created by the internal team.
    - At jdk11.0.2 GA the <internal jdk11 CPU security repo> is merged 
into the jdk-updates/jdk11u public repo

Does that sound correct?

The purpose of this repo is to collect OpenJDK fixes submitted by the
community for inclusion into the next release. Security changes are
handled separately and published on the GA of the release.

Build tags from the cpu repository (the one containing the security
fixes) will also be synced at GA. Fixes from
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk-updates/jdk11u 
are regularly merged into
this repository.
