I don't think this affects the correctness of the preceding statement,
however:

- Any bug that has an 11.0.2 fixVersion in jbs has been merged. (I
  acknowledge that some of these issues may be confidential however - I
  believe this issue is under discussion)
- We have hunted down the cause of the duplicate merges issue. As they
  are duplictes they are safe to ignore, but this should not happen
  again. (with the exception of duplicate changesets for critical
  requests)
- There is a jdk-11.0.1+0 tag intended to mark the point of the fork, but
  that isn't available until GA. Leave that with me, perhaps we can push
  this to the open at the time of creation.
