Future jdk9u updates & 9-critical-request

Some automated process marked my backports as "Fixed in 9.0.6" which was
surprising.
Some of us expected the sequence
9   9.0.1   9.0.2   9.0.3
but on seeing 9.0.4 we expected the subsequent one to be 9.0.7.
