RFR(downport): 8207745: serviceability/sa/TestJmapCore.java times out parsing a 4GB hprof file

Hi

I would like to downport "8207745: serviceability/sa/TestJmapCore.java times out parsing a 4GB hprof file" which fixes timeouts in several  sa tests. 

Unfortunately it does not apply cleanly.  In TestJmapCore the flag -XX:-TransmitErrorReport was removed by "8209856: Obsolete error reporter" from the same command line as edited by this change. The merge is trivial. So I request this review before downport.
