How can I observe how my fix request is processed?

Hi,

http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk-updates/approval.html does not say
how I can observe what is going on with my fix request.

E.g., I would like to know why 
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8209786
which I tagged as jdk11u-fix-request is not handled. 
(Maybe I need to increase the Priority? I thought that 
this qualifies as "Fixes specific to downstream builders' projects".)

Or is the procedure to just ask on this list?
