Backports to jdk11u are still tagged as 11.0.3

Hi Paul,

not nice ... but I'm always glad it wasn't me

I've added jdk11u-critical-request to the backout bug, which is what's needed for jdk11u push approval, and for the created packport bug I've set the version to 11-pool, so hgupdater will reuse it and set the correct version when you correctly push to jdk11u-dev.

Consider the backout change reviewed.

Best regards
Christoph
