This looks like a similar case to what we've just encountered with 8u
[0], where it appears in a build after the GA one (or so I assume from
the b31 numbering).

This has caused a lot of confusion in the past with our customers, where
they wonder why it is marked as fixed in a certain release, but not in
the build they have. I'm not sure if we generally want to try and mirror
this post-GA addition process in OpenJDK or not.
