This is a bit confusing, I have to admit.

Resolved in 8u212-b10 means it's resolved in Oracle JDK's 8u212-b10.
You can see that by the "Fix Version/s" field of [1]. It's "8u212", not
"openjdk8u212". The latter refers to OpenJDK fixes. There won't be an
exact match with regards to build numbers going forward as we won't
have any control over what Oracle does downstream. 8u212-b02 is the
latest *OpenJDK* tag[i].

As to your question with regards to JDK-8205432, "Replace the
placeholder Japanese era name". A backport for JDK 8u[ii] will be part
of the upcoming OpenJDK 8u212 *final* release due April 16, 2019.

We are trying to match Oracle JDK with our OpenJDK releases as much as
possible.
