8u-critical and 11u-critical request cleanup

JDK-8222397 has the labels "jdk11u-critical-request" and "jdk11u-critical-yes", JDK-8170494 has "jdk11u-critical-request". I think all should be removed. As per the activity log, the "jdk11u-critical-request" were set by you yesterday. It looks to me as if it was done inadvertently...
