I've pushed the fix:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk-updates/jdk11u-dev/rev/b3f7a4c524f2

It'll flow into jdk11u from jdk11u-dev via JDK 11u maintainer merges.

As the fix is in JDK 13, but not JDK 12, I'd suggest to also "Fix
Request" it for JDK 12u too. Adding the label jdk12u-fix-request should
be enough with a similar comment as for the JDK 11 fix request comment,
but pertaining to JDK 12.
