Set new hgupdater versions for jdk8u and jdk11u

Hi Andrew,

any news (from ops) on that one?

Before we merge anything into jdk11u or jdk8u (later this week hopefully), this needs to be set up correctly. Otherwise, we'll blow the JBS history for 11.0.3...
