[11u] CSR question re. backport ofJDK-8228669: JFR tool

Hi,

as Oracle brings this to 11.0.6, I think we should do
so too. I.e., we should wait 
until 11.0.6 development starts in OpenJDK, which is 
August 27 [1].  At least we should not push the change 
before that to jdk11u-dev, so that it does not go to 
update 5.
