Yeah, Andrew needs to do that: add jdk11u-fix-yes to https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8211233.

    fyang: I can see the jdk11u-fix-yes label now for JDK-8211233.  

Felix, do you have anyone on the hook for actually pushing these to jdk11u-dev? If not, I can push.
