[11u] 11.0.6 changes can be pushed to jdk11u-dev

Hi,

jdk11u-dev has been tagged with jdk-11.0.6+0.
Changes targeted to 11.0.6 can be pushed to jdk11u-dev now.

jdk11u is dedicated for 11.0.5 rampdown.
Further changes for 11.0.5 must be requested with
jdk11u-critical-request tags, and they need to be pushed
directly to repository jdk11u.

Thanks to ops that changed the hg updater timely!
