[11u] RFR: 8213908: AssertionError in DeferredAttr at setOverloadKind

Hi Yuri,

when a patch applies cleanly, it's enough to add a jdk11u-fix-request label and a fix request comment to the Bug to be backported. No need for RFR on the mailing list. I've approved it now.
