[11u] Downport closed changes?

Hi Chris, 

The list has two parts:
First changes that are not in 11u.
Second changes that are closed but already in 11u.
Second holds for all the security fixes, e.g..

Maybe I should put it on two pages ... it's easy to 
miss the heading in the middle.
