Maintenance Draft Reviews for Java SE 8 (JSR 337) and Java SE 11 (JSR 384) posted to jcp.org

The Maintenance Draft Review [0] contents for the Java SE 8 (JSR 337) and
Java SE 11 (JSR 384) Platforms were posted to jcp.org on 5 February 2019 [1,2].
The contents correspond to the updates outlined in the announcement [3,4] of
our intention to conduct the Review.  The Review ends on 7 March 2019 with the
Ballot running from 12-18 March 2019.

Assuming that the Maintenance Review Ballot succeeds, Oracle will produce
Maintenance Releases [5] of JSR 337 and JSR 384 in late March 2019.
