Thanks for explaining how we ended up here. I agree that 11.0.3-oracle backports are okay to have in
JBS, as long as jdk11u-fix-request process is not used to create them. Otherwise it would trip our
current backport tracking, and would be problematic after 11u maintainership takeover.
