11.0.3-oracle issues in openjdk 11.0.3

Hi Both,

Thanks for tackling this on behalf of the OpenJDK updates 11 stream!  Would
it be sensible to keep tagging these if people use <vendor>-openjdk |
<individual>-openjdk as a label so if more of us pile in we don't clash?

Hmm, that said perhaps just co-ordinating in IRC and here is sufficient.
