Pending pushes for approved 11u backports

Hi,

I have generated "orphans" report for issues that have jdk11u-fix-yes set, but have no actual commits:

Looking at this report, I see there are pushes to be done. I have CC'ed original Fix Requesters.

Note: normally, the persons who put Fix Requests should be active and find the sponsor for the push.
But, we also want to wrap up 11.0.3 sooner rather than later without missing simple patches, so
consider this reminder the one-time thing :)
