11.0.3 backport work completed

We'll build from jdk11u (HEAD) for our nightly builds and the 11.0.3+x tag
when a release gets officially tagged. See https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net for
the raw CI builds and test results.  It's non-trivial to navigate at this
stage so you're probably best off joining adoptopenjdk/slack.html (yes I
know, evil Slack) saying Hi and one of us can set up a guided tour.
