11.0.3 backport work completed

Hi,

our tests look quite good as far as I can tell. There are some longstanding test failures which we might want to tackle somehow in the next days but I guess that's something which we can/should do in stabilization mode. That's what it is for. But it seems no regressions due to our latest pushes.

Goetz, that's yours. Can you push it?

I've also just figured we missed one important 11.0.3-oracle P2 item: https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8214118. It fell through both mine and Aleksey's filter because there's already a bug for 11.0.3. This one has status "Open". I modified my filter to check explicitly for status "Resolved" now. Then it would bubble up. Aleksey, would you take this one or shall I?
