https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u is now writable by all JDK 8u
Reviewers and Committers. HOWEVER, don't commit anything to
it. Instead, commit to jdk8u-dev.
hgupdater is set to openjdk8u211 for jdk8u.
jdk-updates/jdk11u-dev now exists, and it's the commit repo for
jdk11u.
jdk8u/jdk8u-jfr-incubator/ now exists for JFR integration. As far as I
can see, dicussion is still in progress. Right now, a bugid and
review is required. Do we want that for JFR? We could relax the
requirement while work is in progress, and commit the JFR port as a
single change later.
hgupdater is not set for jdk8u-jfr-incubator. I think that's probably
the right for the time being.
