[11u-communication] Oracle's plans to contribute to the OpenJDK jdk-updates/jdk11u repository after March 2019

Hi,

Oracle doesn't plan to contribute further changes to JDK 11 Updates in 
this OpenJDK Project after the release of JDK 12 in March 2019. Instead, 
Oracle plans to initiate and contribute to the development of JDK 12 
Updates within this OpenJDK Project in due course.

That makes the January 2019 Critical Patch Update (CPU), 11.0.2, the 
last planned [1] Oracle-led JDK 11 Update release to be developed within 
this OpenJDK Project.

Users of OpenJDK JDK 11 Updates should consider upgrading to JDK 12 when 
it becomes generally available.

As with JDK 9 Updates and JDK 10 Updates in the past, if a suitable 
party steps forward to maintain the JDK 11 Updates release series 
further once the final Oracle-led JDK 11 Update release has been 
published, we will discuss how to best enable such a transition on this 
Project's mailing list.
