[Updates Communication] jdk11.0.2 security patches pushed

The duplicate tags are a feature!
This command shows you that jdk-11.0.2 is GA and also which build became GA.

 $ hg -R ~/ws/jdk11u identify --rev jdk-11.0.2-ga
a01e0cc01059 jdk-11.0.2+7/jdk-11.0.2-ga
