jdk-11.0.2+9 re-publish?

Hi,

I think problems like the wrong date could be avoided if changes like 
"8212613: Bump update version for jdk11.0.2 cpu forest"
are done in the open before the corresponding closed 
11.0.x repo is branched off. 

For 11.0.3, this will now depend on the new maintainer 
(unclear to me whether there will be a somehow 'closed'
repo) but for 12.0.1 and following this would be a good 
idea I think.
